talking!
SOO I like to talk. :) (I thought I would just get that out in the open!!) Today my sister and I went up to Salt Lake to see my aunt that is in town. On the way home we were talking about how much fun we had!! My sister then took a phone call, so I had some time to think. How is it that we had so much fun, but all we did was talk the whole time?! This aunt lives in Alabama so we don't get to see her often, and we ALL had stories to tell! Her son was in the ICU for a month because he passed out at a pool party, in the water. She told us ALL about that! Even though my sister and I weren't able to be there for her and her family at that time, we felt like we helped her by listening to her vent about it! Then I started to think... my sister and I were doing the same thing by talking about what we had talked about with our family! We were telling eachother how good we felt, and how easy talking to Aunt Penni is, because we love and trust her so much! We then started talking about other things that are going on in our lives right now. We both just vented about the things that were frusterating us, things that are going well for us! And then we were able to give eachother advice! After the talk, we both felt so close, and so good. The reason for that is because we were both able to let all of our feelings out, and we were able to trust eachother enough to share our thoughts! That's why talking is so stress relieving and brings you so close to others!!
